As President, Paul guides the consultant team in delivering high-quality results for our valued client partners. As a practicing senior consultant, Paul enjoys focusing on the analysis of client needs and design of solutions that drive lasting impact and shifts in culture. Paul enjoys collaborating with an organization’s leaders, defining the leadership capabilities that truly impact success, and then designing/facilitating engaging learning strategies to build those capabilities.

Education & Credentials

Our team has spent considerable effort designing and developing our Leadership Capability Model to better serve our client partners. From front-line supervisors to executives, we support leadership cultures that drive performance. Included in this effort, we have also expanded our ability to deliver leadership training through a wide variety of methods from virtual delivery to classroom to blended and TTT models.

Interests

In his free time Paul enjoys fishing, watching Philadelphia sports teams, and the entire fantasy genre created by the works of JRR Tolkien.
