Yvonne Aguayo specializes in leadership, communications, performance improvement, goal setting, team building, mediation, mentoring, and interpersonal relations. She has successfully implemented and facilitated numerous leadership and employee development workshops in her 16+ years of working in human resources. Yvonne is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) with over 250 coaching hours. She is incredibly passionate about helping others reach their full potential in all aspects of life while doing so with compassion, intuition, and the nudge and accountability needed to reach higher.

I’m incredibly passionate about connecting with others on a deep and meaningful level. This is where my whole being comes alive. This drive for connection has helped me to build very positive, trusted working relationships with clients and participants. I use the platform of the classroom or coaching sessions to assist others in looking deeply at what’s holding them back. I see myself has a trusted partner, rather than a teacher or mentor. My biggest passion is knowing that in some small way, my life had an impact on others, especially leaders who experience many daily stressors. I specialize in helping leaders improve their communication and interpersonal skills, which in turn increases employee productivity and engagement.

Interests

Yvonne enjoys staying active in her free time whether that is through fitness, theater, improv, walking her dogs, yoga, or meditation. Yvonne loves spending time with her family even if that means being a taxi driver for her 3 teenagers.
